Import Targets Auto Email

I tried this using workflows but they are limited.
I want to import a list of targets. Once the import is complete I want to automaticlly send a email with attachment to all the newly generated targets. Anyone know if something like this is out there so I don't reinvent the wheel.

Hi Eric

Work Flows can send email to the newly created person, but I don't think it is able to send an email containing an attachment.
A suggestion is to create a logic_hook before_save into Prospects module.
In this logic_hook you can check if this is a new Prospect, generate an email containing the attachment and send it to the Target.
