We have recently upgraded to 5.2.0a CE and we are experiencing some difficulties.

One is that a sales manager recently was attempting to import a list of targets for a campaign, but Sugar rejected a large number of them as having invalid e-mail addresses, without giving a reason as to why they were invalid. And upon spot checking said addresses, many are indeed valid. So can someone tell me what might be going on here.

I've checked the database directly, thinking that maybe they had been opted out or that the invalid address flag was set, both of which proved to be negative. What criterion does Sugar 5.2.0 use to determine e-mail address validity?
