Hello

from my understanding, I have the possibility to use Sugar to hold Adress Data etc. of all employees in sugar using Employees - as soon as I want to have one of my Employees to Access Sugar, I grant access by opening a User account.
1. Is there a possibility to import the (existing) employee Data into Sugar (CE/PRO)
2. is it possible to use global search to find Employees?
3. is it possible to add Employees to a e.g. lead, without granting access to Sugar?
