Complete Sugar newbie here, so apologies if this question is niave, I've had a quick search here and I've looked through the documentation, to no avail. Using a clean install of CE 6.2.2

I'm importing data from a business card scanner (CSV). Since these are all people who have been personally met and evaluated by staff, I'd like to import them as 'Contacts' rather than Leads, and have the import mechanism create Accounts as required.

However where as the 'Leads' module has a 'website' field associated with it, the 'Contacts' module doesn't (supplementary question 1 - Why? There is clearly something I don't understand here).

No problem, thinks I - I'll add a website field to Contacts using Studio. Hurrah, the import data maps onto my new field just fine.

Tragically however, it doesn't populate the newly created Account recodr.

What am I doing wrong, either conceptually or technically?
