Default Importing Custom Fields made with Studio

    Hi,

I have added custom fields to Contacts and Accounts modules with Studio in SugarCRM Community Edition 5.0.0g.
    I exported them with Studio.
After importing them in our production instance with Module Loader, I get the following message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in E:\http\Cheuvreux\custom\application\Ext\Language\ fr_fr.lang.ext.php on line 6

each time I try to login on this production instance.

Any idea on how to solve that?

    Thanks

    Hi, blqt

Can you attach in your next post the file E:\http\Cheuvreux\custom\application\Ext\Language\ fr_fr.lang.ext.php?

We must analyze the file to help you.

    Cheers.

The file had a meta character which was broken the script at line 4.
    I fixed it.

When it happens again, edit the file using the Kdevelop (Linux) it display invisible meta characters which can break the code.

    Cheers

    Thanks,

Any idea how it happened and how to avoid that in the future?
I just did export and didn't edit the file afterwards.

    Sincerely,
    Benoit
