Default Importing data with no duplicates

I have been dabbling with Sugar 5.2 for a couple of months. I am hoping to implement it in our company to manage some leads that I receive every week in an excel spreadsheet. I can save as csv and import with no problem but here is the problem:

This sheet is building permit reports. It has rows that contain the builder info as well as the job info. When a builder has multiple permits, the builder info is repeated each time. The job address is always unique.

    What I want:

    1. I need to be able to import this data each week without duplicates.
    2. I want the builder info to appear under accounts only once.
    3. I want to be able to click on the account (builder) and see under that account each job (leads I presume until converted).

Anybody willing to help me, I will be glad to send anybody an example data set to look at. I really like Sugar but I am not a tech guru (at least not in this area). From what I have seen so far, I'm sure sugar will work for these leads.

I will be assigning and tracking these leads for about 20 salespeople and 6 locations.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Hi Cliff,

Could you please send me a copy of your MS Excel or CSV file? Could you please elaborate on where you would like to imort this info (suppose accounts)?

    Look forward to your reply.

    Regards,
