Importing data to the Sugar History Subject field

I would like to know if/how I can map imported data in a csv to the History subject field. I am running Sugar Suite 4.5.

What data would you like to import in Sugar History? (emails, tasks, activities etc.?)

I would like to import data directly from a .csv file that is a comment about a conversation that was had with the prospect. I would like to import that field to the History Subject field within Sugar.
