Importing Emails From Thunderbird, Mac

I'm using Asertiva to import emails from Thunderbird into Sugar. This is working fine on a PC, but on a Mac, the email is imported, but the contact name is the email instead of the name. This means the email is not associated with the contact in Sugar. The plug-in downloads are different for Macs and PCs - is this a known problem? And how should I fix it?

I'm using Sugar 4.5.1.

wanted to know if anyone had any further progress on this?

I keep getting authResult errors on installs in OS X.

The add-on loads and I'm able to open and use thunderbird and I'm able to configure the asertiva plugin but when I try to archive an email or create an object I get
typeerror: versionstring has no properties

after the error shows up, then i get the authResult error

I think this must be an issue with the password input - anyone have any ideas?
