    Default Importing info

    OK now time to import data from our other system. we currenty use a product called e-automate works but not totaly fits our needs. Now my thing is this I have customers/accounts in the system in one set of files and in another set I have the equipment they have listed. So where would I go to link the equipment to the accounts that I have?? I need this to be avaible for cases and such.
    Equipment includes: Software type, computers, printers and anything they might have associated with it.

    We are a point of sale dealer so the cases need to list the equipment that they have along with anyone viewing the account

    There is no equipment module. We have developed a service extsnion that has an installed base that is linke to accounts and cases and also has the capability to manage service orders. But this is not sugar standard.
