    Default Importing Into Custom Modules

    Hi
So when that did not work, I decided to create a new module.
The first problem I encountered upon deployment is that there was no Import link in the Shortcut menu.

A little poking about revealed that some of the Default modules allow importing and some don't.

Is it possible to enable importing for custom modules?
    Thanks
    DTS

You can do this, but will have to code all the logic yourself. You can add an "import" link on the left-hand menu by adding it to the "menu.php" file. This can then call your custom logic. You could probably reuse/copy/paste a certain amount of code from the existing Accounts/Contacts import routines.

Thank you for your quick reply, dpatech
I was afraid that it would come to this...
