    Default Importing Leads with an Account Name stops import

    Using the latest version 4.2.1 of open source SugarCRM and importing leads, with a company name mapped to the Account Name, does an import but actually doesnt import anything at all.

    Success:
    0 Succesfully Imported
    0 records skipped because the id's either existed or where longer than 36 characters
    0 records skipped because they were missing one or more required fields

    If i remove the Account Name mapping then the file imports correctly, but I am unable to include an Account Name.

    Has anyone else experienced the same situaltion and found a solution?

    I have 20,000 leads to import and need to be able to assign an account name to each of them.

    This is difficult to say without seeing the import file. If you care to send me short sample of your import file I could try to pinpoint the problem.

    For anyone elses benefit, the issue seemed to be that I was importing an Account ID from our previously crm and when I did, account name would not come across.

    I stopped using our old Account ID and it now works.
