Once I add a lead or import them, I go to the leads tab, sort by Account name to start calling them. I am in the detail view do my call and click next to go to the next one. However it seems to be stepping through the old leads first and then the ones that are new at the end. So it isn't going in order of the account name. I am assuming it is sorting by record number or id number.
Can this be changed?
