Importing notes - link to LEADS

I am having problems with importing notes into Sugar and linking them to 'leads'. I have done everything that I think I need to (such as exporting a list with the Leads ID's and adding them to my spreadsheet of notes, ect).

I have tried linking the 'ID' field which is in my spreadsheet with several fields during the import but nothing has seemed to work yet -- the notes import, but they are not 'tied' to any lead. I did get this to work in an older version of Sugar, but I do not remember exactly what field I matched the ID up to...

Does anyone have any suggestions here? Thanks in advance!

The spreadsheet must contain 2 fields: parent_type (Leads) and parent_id (id of the Lead to be linked to).
Update this and try again.
