Importing related tables (Contacts & Invoices)

Hi, I have a simple MySQL database that has various tables holding customer info, invoice info, and job status info. Each is related to each other. Customers (one-to-many) Invoices, Invoices (one-to-many) jobs.

I am able to import the customers in to the standard SugarCRM module. I created a new module for the invoices and was able to import them. BUT!!! I can't figure out how to relate them. Both have my original CUSTID field which is what was used in my current DBase to relate them. Unfortunately no invoice show up in the sub-panel of Accounts. But when I create a new invoice in SugerCRM it does join the other invoice records that I imported.

Please could someone help me, I love the idea of using SugarCRM and it will solve a year long problem for me.

Did you ever find a resolution? I am having a similar problem with csv imports of invoices. They all end up in the long list of invoices, and I have to manually tag them to the correct sales rep/ customer. This happens regardless of whether I include the customer's unique Sugar ID or not.
