Impossible to install a custom module created with Module Builder

I would like to use the module builder to create some custom modules but I never succeed in installing any packages I created using the module loader:
I get no feedback and apache runs indefinitly.

I use a completly new installation of Sugar CE + a french language pack.
I created a package with a module based on Basic type with no additional fields, no relations.
I tried with different combinations (module based on contact type, additional fields, relations, etc,...) the result is always the same.

Here is information on my platform (used only for tests):
Sugar 5.0.0g
Apache 1.3.33
PHP 4.4.1
MySql 4.1.21
Windows XP professional

For information, I solved this trouble by upgrading my configuration.
It works fine with :
apache 2.2.3
php 5.2.0
MySQL 5.0.27
