Does anybody know if the inbound email campaigns can block certain attachment types or attachments from specific senders?
Initially, I had our phone system email voice mail messages to a specific address that was monitored by a Sugar inbound campaign. Initially, it worked great. However, as of yesterday, with no code changes, it stopped working. the .WAV file isn't being attached. The only attached files are the .gif files from the HTML email.
Strange thing is if I log into the campaign email account and simply forward it back to itself, the inbound campaign will create a ticket from it and the .wav file is there.
Any ideas??
