I am running Sugar CRM Version 4.2.1a. I noticed that new messages default to appear as Plain Text. So when I untick the box that says "Show Plain Text", the message body disappears and I do not get my HTML content. And of course messages that contain links etc do not show the links.

Has anyone had this problem? I could find nothing in the Forums abiut this.
