Inbound e-mail setup problem

I have set up a gmail Imap account in Suger 5. This account was working fine, but when I tried it later that day I received an error html page, and I could not open the e-mail tab.

I solved this ploblem by resetting the user values to default. But now the gmail e-mail account settings are not loading. I tried to re-enter the gmail account settings, but the testing setup failed.
I also tried setting up an inbound E-mailbox, but here the testing also failed. The pop-up window is not completing the test. Because of the test not passing I can't same the e-mail account, I get a communication faillure.
When I open a previously saved SSL Gmail account, the port settings are changed from 993 to 143

It is a very frustating problem, because at first everything was working.

Can someone please help me to solve this problem??
