Default Inbound Email with Bounce Handling as an Action

    Hi,

I have an Email with Bouce Handling that is setup in the CRM. I send Campaigns from this Email address but It is also used a as a montiored mail box that will receive Emails. But since I set it up with Bouce Handling for Campaings it is no longer receiving Emails as it would have normally done, is this normal because it is setup for Bounce Handling or should it still continue to work as normal.

I also have this FATAL Error in my logs, SugarPHPMailer encountered an error: You must provide at least one recipient email address

It is constant error is logged a coupl of times every second

    The first question:
YES it is normal, you never should use a bounce handling mailbox for normal mail. I did this failure too and had some problems.

    The second question:
How do these log entries look?

Thanks to the first one - I have change it now and will create a seperate Email address for Campaigns.

As for the send the error appears as I typed, I change the log level and found that it is because I have workflows that sent alerts to users and user managers. But not all users have Email addresses so that is causing the error.
