Inbound email CRONTAB OSX?

I am pretty new to all this and reading the previous posts went over my head. I have Sugar Version 4.5.1 (Build 1197) installed and operational on my Trixbox PBX. Am using it with no problems except getting the Inbound Email Scheduler to work. Outbound email and inbound email works (check manually) I need it to check inbound email automatically. When I look in the Scheduler I see this message...

To Setup Crontab
Add this line to your crontab:
* * * * * cd /var/www/html/crm; php -f cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1

I am lost as to where this goes... My Linux (centos) Tribox PBX or on my mac OSX laptop I use to access Sugar? Where exactly do I put it and where is the file?

Have you done some web searches for setting up the crontab? You don't want to do it on your Mac as your Linux box is the server and needs to be running the crontab. Its basically just a file that you paste in that line which instructs cron how often it should run that command.
