I'm running a clean install of SugarCRM 6.3.1.Outbound email through a Gmail account is working fine. The system is able to send out test emails with no issue.
Inbound email appears to be working at first glance. When I set up a new group mail account, I am able to select Trash/Inbox/Sent folders and test the connection with no problems. So, from that area it looks like everything works.
However, if I actually try to check that new group address in SugarCRM, nothing happens. This goes for manual or cron initiated checks. The sugarcrm.log file has multiple entries showing the mail check failed:
Tue Feb 7 15:20:17 2012 [16466][1][FATAL] SCHEDULERS: could not get an IMAP connection resource for ID [ b6160fc8-3a6f-07cb-4a64-4f31873956c8 ]. Skipping mailbox [ Dirk Test ].
I'm at a loss of what to do next. Any ideas would be helpful.
