I've had an issue for about a month where Sugar continues importing emails but they stop getting delivered to the inbound group folder.
I haven't been able to find a cause for the issue, and I have found that if I clear the inbound folder from the inbound email account, I then delete the broken (or maybe corrupt) email folder and create a new inbound folder I can continue importing email for that account without a problem.
Interesting points:
1) It continues pulling in email until I clear the inbound folder and if I delete the other folder the conversation still exists with the contact.
2) It appears to one of my sales people that on days when the folder stops working he is logged out multiple times.
3) I have checked the log after each one of these issues and have not seen any Error Messages that have time stamps even remotely close to when the issue happens (even went through the trouble to make sure my server wasn't on the wrong time-- because I couldn't find anything in the log related to email and errors when the issue happens).
Does anyone else have any debugging ideas? Or per chance any words of wisdom to fix this issue?
