This fault is occuring for one of our users. I've checked the character set in system settings and user account settings - AOK. I'm gonna keep hunting around for the problem but in the meantime if anyone has any advice or a fix... I'm unsure if this is patch "e" related (applied yestrday morning) and to reiterate, this is affecting only one user.
