Guys,
I have had inbound email configured to create a case and dispatch confirmation emails for some time now. On the 10th this all changed and the cases stopped being created, however, the confirmation emails continue to go out without a hitch.
Has anyone seen this before? I have no errors in the log file. I am running CE 6.1.
So far I have rebuilt the scheduler as well as delete and recreate the inbound campaigns. All repair operations have also been conducted.
