Hello everyone,
I have a very strange inbound email issue on my brand new SugarCRM 6.2.1 (on a debian squeeze, brand new also)
On install, it passed all the tests (curl, imap modules...). But somehow when I configure my inbound email account, and press "test settings" or "save", the page blocks for a while and the whole sugar is unaccessible (~5 minutes).
Then if I DID press the save button, it still saves the info despite a red warning on top that says "No optimums were saved with your Inbound Email account. Please review the settings". But then in the log I can find the usual :
triggered every minute.Code:[FATAL] SCHEDULERS: could not get an IMAP connection resource for ID [ 7bc6adaf-ce97-9d7f-c330-4e2d38d01c3b ]. Skipping mailbox [ mailbox ].
The account is definitely working. I have another SugarCRM 6.2 that has no problem inbounding email from that account. I currently disabled it so it doesn't interfere with my new one.
I'm quite desperate...
