inbound email problem on 5.1.0a

Since I have upgraded to 5.1.0a (from 5.1) I have been facing a problem with my monitored inbound email accounts. Even though the account is setup correctly and test is succesful connection to POP3(with SSL) when I save the account this is what I get on the log when the schdhuler runs.

Also when I revisit the page to edit the account the password has changed. I found somewhere in the forums that this might be a blowfish issue. Any ideas or known fixes?

No ideas? The SugarCRM support has not responded since friday also!!!! is this a known issue?
