Inbound email problems

SugarCE 6.0.3 (Build 4339)
Apache version: 2.0.63
PHP version: 5.2.10
MySQL version: 5.0.91-community-log

I am using hosted server on cpanel 11.26.20 where safe mode is enabled. But my user has the permissions to be able to do chmod and fopen operations.

I cannot add any e-mail account.

I enter admin panel of SugarCRM, click Inbound Email, Prefill with Gmails defaults. I enter the right parameters there and click save. The following appears:
"The webpage at http://www.mp3.am/sugarce/index.php might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

Then I have tried to open Email -> Settings -> Mail Accounts -> Add -> Prefil Gmail defaults -> And again all the correct parameters. When I click Test Settings, a box appears with nothing written on it and disappears quickly. When I click done I had 3 different behaviours:

1. Done is of other color, faded. And when I click on it, nothing happens, I guess it is not clickable.
2. I click done, again a box appears with nothing written on it and disappears quickly.
3. I click done and a box appears with "A moment please", after it brings "communication failed"

Please help me to figure out what's wrong

Well, I have decided to illustrate my problem deeper. This is my 1st problem (New Group Mail Account):

And well, I have noticed the following error in Studio, but it updates everything normally, this appears when I want to change anything... Take a look:

The 3rd problem is solvable. But can it be the cause of the other problems? And I can't find anything related to these problems in sugarcrm.log

I will appreciate any kind of help... If anybody would like to see the problem, I will grant the login details. Please, just help me
