Hi,

Look firstly at Admin->Settings, you can set the max upload file size there.

If that doesn't work, you need to check the value in php.ini

I have got some problems that I have written about before without any replies.

What happens is that if we get e-mails with attchements bigger then 2MB the sugarcrm e-mail client (configures with IMAP) goes into a loop and download and download until the mail is deleted from the e-mail server. This is a big problem for us and I will be very happy to get som support on this matter.

Using version 4.5.0f of sugarcrm

I have tried that via the admin section of Sugar with no success, however I have yet to try it via the php.ini.

Both solutions don't work for me. I have a 13 megs email message on a POP account and after clicking check my mail I get white screen. Is there any other way of fixing the problem?
