Inbound Email trouble

Hello,
i did search all the forum and the wiki to find an anwser for my problem. I'm currently working with

Sugar 5.0f
Windows XP
Based on the Sugar on fast track. (Open Source Sugar)

MySQL Version: 4.1.7
PHP Version 5.2.1
Apache 2.0 Handler on port 8080

I'm trying to configure scheduled task for inbound email. First i tried with pop3 where the authentification is succesful and worked for 3-4 time and now the task is struck at In Progress.

07/21/2008 11:50 Completed
07/21/2008 11:40 Completed
07/21/2008 11:30 Completed

I used a batch file with the Windows Task Scheduler
emai.bat

"c:\Program Files\sugarcrm\php\php-cgi.exe" -c c:\windows\php.ini -f cron.php

If i setup an email account for my profile with pop3 and I import email at hand (with the check mail button) it works.

I read the IMAP can be more successful with folder managment. I tried to setup an IMAP4 Account we use SSL.. I can read my email correctly from Outlook Express with my IMAP4 setting but when i test inside SugarCRM i have this error on imap4

Test Settings
[CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (server response)
Please check your settings and try again.

I also have IMAP enable in PHP

imap
IMAP c-Client Version 2004
SSL Support enabled


If anyone have any clues that could help me thanks alots.

Update : I found a thread over a bug in PHP which was fixed in PHP 5.2.3 for SSL IMAP4. But i'm still not able after updated my php to php 5.2.5.
