Inbound emails - Inbow is full

There, my inbox is full, and I cant download the mails from Sugar anymore !

My problem is that I can't receive any new email but I want all those mails blocking my inbox on Sugar, to use the contacts/Leads features.
So, I'm stuck. How come cant I download my emails ?

Are there any messages in your sugarcrm.log?

After tryng and trying again, it ventually worked...I think the problem was coming from the mail server

However, yes, the log file is full of that kind of thing :

What version of Sugar are you using? 4.5.0 patch D has fixes for Inbound Email.

There were issues were non-ASCII characters were causing the inbound email process to hang. Since so many spam emails these days contain non-ASCII characters, this issue was causing problems for a lot of people. Patch D fixed those issues.

However that log file is worrying...

That error happens when Sugar encounters an email that doesn't make sense, either it doesn't conform to the RFCs that we code to or something in the headers is confusing, missing, etc.

The particular error (handleCharsetTranslations()) is because Sugar cannot find the chararcter set that the email was sent in. Is your locale outside of the US?

Yes, we are in China and the usual charcterset here is GB2312.
Should I convert the mail to UTF8 earlier in the process than where it is converted now ?

I want to add, Chris, that I'm amzed by the amount of work you guys do. You personnally answer to many threads in this forum and yet I know the tons of work you have (to what I've understood you are in some sort in charge of all the email-related development).
