Hi everyone
Hope you can help. I'm new to Sugar and I cant get my leads to be updated with replies to emails.
Here is what I am trying to do.
- upload new leads such as visitors to a trade show booth (no problems here)
- email out to new leads with details of special offer (no problems here)
Here is where the problems start
I want people to be able to reply to those emails (any emails that are sent to them) and for their lead record to be updated. I've created both inbound group and personal accounts and replies to emails sent from either just don't seem to update the leads. Any ideas?
FYI I'm using Sugar Community Ed 6.0.2
