Inbound Emails + Quick Create

HI,

I have inbound emails setup but I am unable to use the quick create button to create a case, bug, etc. I press it and nothing happens.

I am using version 5.0.0i at the moment and would rather not upgrading.

An update to this issue,

So this problem only occurs on Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. When I use IE the quick create gives me the options and open the window to create the bug, case etc.

Has anyone else had this problem and how did you solve it. When I met Clint the fre Sugar orginally they recommended using Firefox over IE, has something changed in the mean time.
