    Exclamation Inbound group mail suddenly stops working

    I have been using the group inbound mail for a month now.
    Suddenly, yesterday it is not fetching/receiving new emails. Sending still works.

    I am the only system admin and no changes have been made to SugarCRM for about 3 weeks.

    I have tried deleting the group inbound mail and setting it up again. Then after some time (more than the scheduled inbound sync setting) the mailbox was populated with all mail, but after the initial synchronization it is still not fetching/receiving new mail.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    SugarCRM Communityedition, version 5.5
    WAMP (Apache, MySQL, PHP)

    Some customers had faced issues on emails feature just after some windows updates.
    Let us know the new windows updates applied after email issues.

    The Windows automatic updates are and have always been turned off.
    To my knowledge there where no software installs on the server.

    - The personal mails are fine by the way.
    - I have checked the scheduler and it is set to 1 minute. Deactivating it and re-enabling does not help. Setting it to 5min does not help.
    - A server restart did not help.

    Update:
    The Inbox is not populating with new mail. But when mail from the inbox (using a web mail/outlook client) is moved to sub folders, then those mails appear in the SugarCRM mail module (after some time, way more than the scheduled 1 minute).

    I did find this in my LOG from around the time the issue started, could it be related.:

    I have checked, but all users, admin have a Time Zone set and the Server time and Time Zone is correct.

    I also notice that the Scheduler Log says that the "Check inbound emails" has NEVER been run. Yet it had worked for a couple of months.

    Anybody?

    It seems that me Schedulers are never running (status says Never run). Even though that the group emails where just fine for a month or so.

    Now emails are fetched to the inbox, but very late (couple of hours late). The CRM server and Email server have the same timezone (GMT). Also, if emails are moved into other folder on the email server they are not synchronized in the CRM (they stay in the previous folder).

    For now the Group email module is completely useless. A rather large part of a CRM system. I have read about others having similar problems without results. Does this mean goodbye SugarCRM I would really hate that.

    I have similar problem as skuliaxe with SugarCRM installed in the following environment:

    Windows Server 2003 (Last Server Update: Microsoft - Windows Server Update Services 3.0 SP2. No recent updates)
    SugarCRM Communityedition, Version 6.1.1 (Build 5512)
    WAMP (Apache, MySQL, PHP)


    Group inbound mail simply stopped working. No errors.Cron is run on time, Schedular job status shows "Completed". Other personal emails are working fine. The apache is running on Port 85. I read in one of the forum post, that this is a known issue (http://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7798), but that was a post in 2005. Has this not been resolved yet?

    On a different SugarCRM instance (Version 6.1.1 (Build 5512)), installed on Windows XP Professional, WAMP (Apache, MySQL, PHP), with apache on default port, the group inbound email works just fine.

    So that basically brings up 2 obvious reasons for the inbound email not working- either the OS or the port issue.

    Any help on this from the SugarCRM gurus on how it can be resolved is truly appreciated.
