I successfuly (I hope) ste up Sugar 5.1.0 on w2k3, MSSQL 2005 express, IIS6, PHP5.2.4

I created two fictiouos employees in Sugar through the admin account
One o the employees I assigned the email address of sales@company.com (assigned to Jane) when I logged into Sugar as 'Jane'

I logged in as 'Jane' and click on the "emails" button, I can view all emails associated to "sales@company.com" (good)
There are several emails in the mailbox associated to rleroux@email.net

Under the user "Jane" I created a Lead (eventually I converted the Lead to an Account trying to figure this out) of Robert who has the email address of 'rleroux@email.net'.
"Jane" is able to send an email to 'rleroux@email.net' and the "sent" message appears in the History section of the Lead details for "Robert", However, neither existing emails in the mailbox of sales@company.com which are from "rleroux@email.net" appear in the History of the detials for the Lead "Robert", neither does any new message sent from the same individual to 'sales@company.com' from 'rleroux@email.net'

I tried to select the message and click on the "Import to Sugar" button when I view the email, but after a coupe of minutes, the dialog box goes away and there is no change (I do not see the email associated with the Lead), from what I read in the documentation, the message should appear in "My email", but there's nothing there.

Is inbound email supopse to appear in the "History" of each lead, account, contact when such an option is created and the email address for the 'contact' is entered in, if so, what or where can I look to see the inbound messages attached to each of the records that would be set up for Sugar users?
