Inbound POP3 Revisited

Installed 4.2.1a and proceeded to repair the scheduler again.
Scheduler seems to be working fine.

AFTER 10min NO EMAIL IS BEING POLLED INTO ANY INBOX.

Clicked on Group Inbox, clicked on check messages and all message came in.
Same bug, not fixed yet....

How long is the wait?

Everything was working before I upgraded to version 4.2
So I'd been asking this question everytime a patch comes out. SugarChris doesn't seem to answer anymore... He knows about this issue.
