InboundEmail Attachments error

SugarCrm: 4.2.1b
Win2k3-Server
Appache 2.x Server

Some users gets Inbound Emails with attachments that looks like =?iso-8859-1?Q?Me=DFmittel_KST_70000.xls?= and if they try to open this, they get an 403 error access denied to file ....
If I lok in [sugar]/cache/upload I cannot find those files.

In SugarCrm.log I found this entry about it:

11/06/06 13:32:20,486 [1512] FATAL SugarCRM - InboundEmail could not open a filepointer to: cache/upload/=?iso-8859-1?Q?Me=DFmittel_KST_70000.xls?=

Whats the problem in this case?

Not all attachments of this users are broken in that way. The most attachments works fine.

Please help.
