InboundEmail.js error

Hi,

I am trying to set up Inbound Email and seem to have got it half working. I've entered all teh IMAP server details and when I click Select for the Inbox, Trash fields, it does log in and show a list of folders that are available. However, when I click on Test Settings, nothing happens. In IE, there is a Javascript error with InboundEmail.js saying
Message: 'ie_id.value' is null or not an object
Line: 67
Char: 1
Code: 0

The same happens with Firefox. I'm using Firefox v3.6.18 and IE v8.

I'm also using Sugar CRM Community Edition v6.1.5

When I go to the group Email Inbox, it always shows 0 messages when I know that there are messages in the mailbox. I can successfully use Thunderbird or another client to access the same mailbox using IMAP and see the messages.

I have gone through a number of forum posts and have verified that imap.so extension is set in php.ini.

I've checked the scheduler jobs and the job log shows empty, so it could be a problem with the cron.php, but I'm not sure.

Can someone provide some pointers on what I should try next to get inbound email to work.

Make sure you have appropriate holes in the firewall on the Sugar server or it won't connect.
