Helo!
I tried a lot to configure my email address like hotmail id with sugarcrm.
but connection did not succsseed. any one can help to resolve this matter.
pls help.

Hi shafique.
I think it's not possible because hotmail don't work with mail clients.
It's possible receive messages from hotmail in other hotmail account.

Its ok i cofigured it with gmail account online. succeeded and also recieved all the mail from inbox.
but in crm only show the total no of emails but not show detail.
can you help me what can problem.
and also pls tell me what is the purpose of Case Macro: and Save Raw Source: in admin panel in inbound email link.
