How do I create a report that includes not only the primary e-mail address of a contact?

If I create a report using contacts, only primary email addresses display.

If I create a report using email addresses, I can't see any related Modules, so I can't see any of the contact detail.

I am running Sugar Professional Version 5.5.2 (Build 1224)
