Incoming email + reading confirmation = Infinite loop

Hi there,

I'm having some trouble with sugarcrm downloading/showing multiple times an email.

The only problem I couldn't solve is that emails that people send me with "Reading Notification" (that tiny window that appears and asks you if you want to send the sender a confirmation) is causing emails to re-download everytime (they even have got a different ID in the Emails table).

Any clues in how can I fix this?

Digging a little more... This doesn't happen with every email received with reading confirmation...

Is support for email headers working correctly??

The only difference I'm able to spot is that the message that is downloaded continuously has:

Return-Receipt-To

And the others don't

Looks like I have similar problem.

Some emails have up to 5000 copies. Not sure if it is connected with "Return-Receipt-To" in my case. Will research tomorrow deeper.

Anyway - you are not alone now
