    Question Incoming email Test error

    Hi,

    I've just installed Sugar CRM and I'm trying to configure it.

    I'm entering the Imbound email settings that I normally use with Outlook (POP3).

    When I do Test Sest Settings this error comes out:
    -------------
    Test Settings
    POP3 connection broken in response

    Please check your settings and try again.

    Notice: Undefined index: mailbox in /srv/www/htdocs/sugar/modules/InboundEmail/Popup.php on line 151
    -----------
    Am I doing something wrong?

    I've just had this error on my installation: Debian/Dovecot/SugarCRM. The problem turned out to be one wrong permission setting on an email. I was manually copying some emails around as root so it changed the owner for that email to root. After this dovecot was unable to read that file and would break on it. I found this out by checking the /var/log/syslog which is the file on my Debian system where Dovecot logs it's errors.
