Incoming Email w/ Attachments

We receive our faxes via email and they come with an attached .pdf file. None of our incoming faxes have the attachments when using the sugarcrm email module. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

Windows XP Pro w/ SP3
Sugar 5.1b CE (Fast Stacker)
Apache 2.0
PHP 3.01
MySQL 5.0

I did some more research on this in the Bug Tracker and came across this Bug. With some Patching info. I have implemented it on our system, and wait to see whether this corrects the issue.
