Incoming Mails should be automatically loaded with out pressing checkMail Button in 5

Hi All,

I want to view the incoming Emails automatically loaded when i login in sugar5.1,but when i click check mail buttion than only new mails are loaded.

I want to load my incoming Emails Automatically with out pressing CheckMail Button,Is there any option available in Sugar 5.1,

Try as follows:
Admin->Inbound Email Setup->Monitor New Mail Account
Fill in data for the email account

Have you set the "Check for new mail every __ minutes" option in general preferences of the email module?

but the thing is when i get a mail i want immedialtely apper in my inbox ,Mr dwheeler said that every _ mintes option is there in email module general preference.But it is minimum 5 min .But i want immediate is there any file i have to modify the code

As far as I know the interval can be set to one minute in the scheduler (the relevant cron job must be set accordingly of course)

True, but I wouldn't lower the check interval to 1 minute.

Neither would I but I guess this comes nearest to "immediate". If there is a catch all account and 1000 mails are coming in because of a joe job he will pretty fast realize that "immediate" doesn't mean "good".
