Increase width of search box

Hi to all,
another problem in my 5.5.2 CE installation. I want to increase width size of the advanced search box (see attachement): I've read a lot of threads but nobody help to solve this issue.

Can anyone try? Please....

You need to edit the script include/SugarFields/Fields/Enum/SearchView.tpl and modify the style='width:150' according to your needs.

thanks for your response. I've try a lot, but doesn't work, I'm using Sugar in developer mode, and also I Quick Repair and Empty Cache file, but this hack is not working for me. I've resolved with a specific CSS... but I don't understand, why your solution fail for me.

I suppose this field is a dropdown one, rather than a multi select one, right?

You need to replace the string style='width:150' by style='width:300' or bigger
