info from new table to SCRM

hi,do any one have any idea ,if is it possible or not in SCRM tht - we have created some new table say userinfo in SCRM database only and scrm frontend say case retrieves info from table userinfo. Eg:- I have created table userinfo which has 2 fields(name,query) and the data into this table is coming through some mail.So, the mail info is saved into this useinfo table. Now what i want is when i serach case module,then name from userinfo gets stored into subject and query into description of case module automatically. In other words is it possible if we want to pull out info from a new table(userinfo) and show it using CRM frontend.
