Inline Lookup no longer works

I used the inline lookup feature a lot but now it no longer seems to work. This is the little flower shaped icon that appears in various field such as account name, assigned to etc. It used to give a list of matches but now it just goes round in circles and I need to either save the form or refresh the screen to continue.

Any ideas why it no longer works?

I have the same problem.

Seems the path in my config.php was incorrect - It is fixed now.
