I am using Sugar 5.0.0g

When I search in the inquires panel sometimes it will pick up duplicate records and sometimes it will not. For instance. I created duplicate records and tried to search for them. If I used just the first name, they would both show. If I used just their last name only one would show. If I searched on first and last only one would show. Weird thing is, if I use the search in the upper right hand corner, it always found all duplicate records, however, I cannot "Merge" the records here so ultimately I would have to search for them in Inquires.

BTW - I teste this morning and saw the issue. I tested again this afternoon and could not re-create the issue. This seems to coincide with what my users are telling me as it does not always happen and can be somewhat hit or miss. Makes no sense to me.

Any thoughts?
