Insert id via Soap

Hello,

Can we insert new record via soap with our defined id, instead of sugarcrm generated?
For example, we want to insert new Account with id as '12345'.

Another question are there triggers that could activated after soap command? For example we insert new Call record via soap, and that triggers to create a reated task as well inside sugarcrm.
