InsideView weird display for one user

Hi,

one of my users is having a weird display problem with the InsideView panel.

The display is not complete, see attachment.

For the other users, it's ok.

I tried to look for files in cache by user, but I can't find anything.

Quick Repair did not worked.

I'm running 6.2.2.

Try to increase the memory_limit in php.ini, which value do you use?

I was at 128M, I tried 256M, reboot apache, quick repair.

No, still the same weird display.

Can it be a permission thing ? Sounds like a CSS issue... but how can it be possible for one user only ?

Hi, I'm having this same issue. I'm on shared hosting and recently upgraded to SugarCRM 6.3. Did you guys find a solution fot it?

Not yet, and I had no answer from koka.

I will let you know if I find something. I am on 6.2.2 CE.

InsideView connects to an external webservice.
Perhaps these users who cannot see the insideView screens have special firewall settings?

The thing is that the behavior is different for 2 users on the same computer.

For one user, the data load. For another user no data. A iframe is called but is empty.
On the same computer.

The only thing I suspect, is that for the user where the data is not loading. He was connected at some moments from a remote site where they had Internet connection problems.

So I guess it might have bugged the thing.

I tried to clear the cache folder. Repair. Put back new files in /modules/Connectors and /include/connectors. Redid the /custom mapping for insideview.

So still no answers...

For the user that is not working...

The iframe load with an empty source :

 <iframe scrolling="no" style="border:0px; width:100%;height:400px;overflow:hidden;display:none;" src="" id="insideViewFrame"></iframe> 
  

And the style display:none should be display:block.

Why is that ?
