Instalation Problem Zucker reports 1.10 sugar 5.2

Hi

The problem i have is a little strange. Sugar shows that Zucker reports have installed 100%. BUT just below the 100% progress bar it says:

Zucker does show up in the CRM, but the functionality is a little " out of wack " for example when loading an office template, after filling in all the details and selecting office doc and trying to save, instead of going to the next page , i just get a blank screen . and when i check for the saved template, its no where to be found.

One more thing. In the module loader it doesnt show Zucker as being installed. But Zucker is showing up within sugar as if it has been.

Hi I Found another post with a similar problem to mine. on that post it advises to change the range values in a few locations from range to range 2. I did that and i still dont get any furthur. Attached is a picture of the error befor clicking on the display log link

I have the exact same setup as you and I can't get zucker to install at all. I get the message "The uploaded file is not compatible with this version of Sugar: 5.2.0a".

How did you get it to install??

Hi Steward. Unzip Zucker Reports zip folder. Open the manifest . php file and change the third line to

'acceptable_sugar_versions' => array("regex_matches" => array("5.2","5.1.*")),

So the first few lines should look like this

'acceptable_sugar_flavors' => array (
0 => 'CE',

After that just save the manifest file, re-zip all the files and re-install.

If anyone else can shed a little lite on my problem it would be much apreciated as i realy realy need this sorted.
